Ham and Sun Dried Tomatoes Palmiers

It is a easy recipe. The sharp taste of Parmesan cheese and sweetness of sun dried tomatoes will take you to sunny Tuscany or French Riviera. The redness of dried tomatoes and  gold color of pastry  remind the impressionist paintings of Claude  Monet et his "Poppies Blooming" (1873) that can be admired in the Musée d'Orsay in Paris.

Poppy flowers  with its deep red color are also very popular in the literature. Marcel Proust used its theme in his unfinished  novel Jean Santeuil. These flowers emphasize the infinity of the field.
