Pear Salad

It is a light version of salad. The combination of sweet peer and sour dressing provide a pleasurable sensation.

Ingredients:
  • 1 roman lettuce
  • 1 peer
  • 2 mi-hard-boiled eggs
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbs chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 2-3  tbs canola oil
  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Directions:

  1. Rinse, dry and cut lettuce into medium size pieces. 
  2. Wash, peel and slice the peer. 
  3. Mi hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters. 
  4. Combine together the canola oil, mustard and vinegar.
  5. Place the lettuce, egg and peer  on a plate. 
  6. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss to mix.
  7. Top with sun-dried tomatoes.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
  9. Serve immediately.


Tips:
You can use lemon juice instead of red wine vinegar.
