Tips:
Tips:
- Use sweet beer like raspberry or pear beer. You can use also apple cider. "Sam Adams" has a cherry beer. I would recommend "Great White Ale". It's very citrusy and one of the more sweeter beers. The citrusy flavor is perfect with zucchini.
